Smart list and new field will list up

When I add a new field in a smart list it goes to up.
it would be better to maintain order are created down.

In other similar programs to create lists do so, such as Itunes

Thank you for the clarification about moving the "match all" and "match any" popup from the bottom of the sheet to the top of the sheet before the rules.
