Pocketpedia - adding a collection, not the whole library

I have both DVD and Book pedias. My entire DVDpedia library is synced Pocketpedia, and works great on both my iPhone and iPad. However, with Bookpedia, I only want to sync a portion of my library, ie., a couple of collections that I have made into one Smart collection. Can this be done, or can I add a second "Library" in Bookpedia and just populate it with the books I want to appear in Pocketpedia? The reason for this question is that while I have approx 2000 books in the Bookpedia, I only want about 300 of them to be "mobile". Thanks

At this point you can only sync the whole database, not just selected collections. Thank you for the suggestion though, we'll keep it in mind for the future.
