When I bought Bookpedia two years ago, it had the nice feature to automatically import the Amazon ratings, i.e. the "x stars out of 5", like 4.7. Somehow, Bookpedia has now lost this ability (I tested the versions 4.9 and 5.0). Is this done on purpose? And, will this feature return?

Amazon stopped including that information in their web services a while ago unfortunately. Most of their web services info is now being sent as links back to their website instead of actual data. (And on top of that these links are time sensitive, i.e. they only work for a limited amount of time before they become useless. Basically Amazon is putting heavy emphasis on the web services to be used by other websites instead of applications.)
