Cataloguing Software for Windows

I know, don't say it, but I am looking for a similar DVD cataloguing software for a Windows machine. I, myself, use DVDpedia & Bookpedia but this is for a friend who uses a Windows based machine. He particular likes the ISBN lookup facility of the pedia's software, so is there any Windows based programs that do this. He has a huge DVD collection, mostly in sets, e.g. Red Dwarf, Black Adder, all Star Trek movies etc. He will buy the software so it does not necessarily have to be freeware.

Thanks

Most Pedia users who come from Windows used DVD Profiler. We've heard lots of good stuff about the program but I've never actually used it so I can't tell you for sure whether it has UPC search. But do tell your friend to give it a try, it seems to be the best DVD cataloging program for Windows.
