I would like to know if I can change the export (html) language in Dutch, so I don't have to edit the code so much afterwards.

In the export window, choose the template that you would like to translate and click on the edit button. It will create a new template called My[TemplateName] and show the file in the finder for you to edit with any program that you would like. You can then change all the text that is in English to Dutch. The field tags should already be of the type [Translate:Title] this will allow the program translate the field names automatically, so you don't have to worry about those. But other sections you will need to translate such as "next page" and "date updated" which are static.
