Selling DVDs in DVDpedia?

Is there any logic behind the fact that I can sell books through Amazon et al and track the ones put on sale from within Bookpedia but I cannot sell (nor put on sale) a DVD within DVDpedia???

It was a usage interface decision. We are hoping Amazon will make posting books and managing sales part of their web services so that we can better integrate it with the programs. However while we wait for that feature we added the sales tracking information to Bookpedia as it's a common usage of Bookpedia; because it's a rare usage of DVDpedia we wanted to wait until we have the UI design perfect before integrating it.

I would suggest to use the custom fields for this, but I know you are a power user of DVDpedia and have all the custom fields set to other uses by now.
