Registration Broken

I just launched Book and DVD pedia under the current Sonoma, and they've both lost registration privileges.

They were working before, and re-submitting my keys does not work.

Am I safe to assume the registration server fell down?

Welcome to these forums.

May I suggest you have a read of this topic: Pedia Maintenance Practices and then re-enter your registration details.

Solution:

Open 'pedia app
Note no longer registered
Menu > Register [APP}
Instead of entering new key, click on purchase, complete Free purchase.

Please help! I purchased and have been using Bookpedia since 2016 and today I'm unable to use it because of a problem with the registration.

My Serial Number is not accepted and I'm unable to purchase Bookpedia, as suggested in your answer. I get the following when I click on Purchase:
The programs are currently no longer for sale. Stay tuned for a future comeback.

I've emailed support but haven't received any answer or even an acknowledgment of my email.

All the Pedia’s have just been updated to version 7 beta 306 pls carry out the update and then try registering again.
