Dark Theme for ther Pedias?

Is it possible for the Pedias to have a Dark Theme preference/ I find it much easier to read white text on black bkgnd with my aging eyes.

Thank you for the feedback. In the next big update I'll take a stab at it, as there several sections of the Pedias that are custom views that would need a lot of work to get that working properly.
