CSV export makes a txt file instead of a csv

CSV export makes a txt file instead of a csv

Hi! I'm new to bookpedia and I've noticed that every time I try to export my library to CSV the file exports as a txt and not a CSV. Am I doing something wrong or does something need to be fixed in the software? I hoping to get this problem fixed soon. Thanks.

Although the format inside the file is CSV the actual file data is text and the extension is .txt so that any text editor will recognize it and be able to open it. You can rename the .txt file to .csv if you would like with the Finder but changing the extension is not necessary to import the file with any decent program.
