I've been having the same problem with your mailserver (support@bruji.com) demanding a valid SPF record that was discussed in the thread: http://www.bruji.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4566
Nora requested the original poster to submit the info necessary to diagnose this issue, but the thread diverged into another topic, so maybe this email thing was never resolved.

Hi Lyn,
You have to get in touch with your mail providers and fix your SPF record for your email domain, For example if you visit this SPF checker tool and enter your mail domain and press "Get SPF Record" yo will see the Permanent Error that sonic.net does not have an SPF record but is included from your mail domain as a sender, with include:sonic.net.
