Feature Request for Edit

I know you can press command shift E to bring up the different edit windows but it would be nice if there was an option in the preference to set which edit window comes up as a default. I am creating links to my .dvdmedia files (thank you for the beta to support this format!) and having over several hundred movies makes it time consuming on which window I want to get to.

Thank you for the suggestion. A few tips that might help out:

• • Command-4 will jump to the links tab after the edit window is open.
  • Command-[ and Command-] cycle between the tabs.
  • Leaving the edit window open and going to the main table view and selecting a new selection will automatically save the current changes in the edit window and update the edit window to the new selection, specifically for this mass editing reason.
  • Drag the .dvdmedia files over the info view to create a link without the need to open the edit window.
