Option for no dates on borrowed DVDs

It would be great to have a preference setting that bypassed entering dates for borrowed DVDs (in other words, would tag the DVD as borrowed without entering any dates and without popping up the date dialog window). I never enter dates for borrowed DVDs, as I use the "borrowed" category to keep track of downloaded movies for which there isn't a return/expiry date.

There is no need to head the dates. In the preference pane under the fields tab set the return date to a large number (3650) so that you never get an overdue banner as you are not concerned with that information. When borrowing a movie add the borrower's name you hit enter and leave the defaults dates.
