Re: iSight not working
Chiming in and reporting that I just noticed the scan window is different (aspect ratio is off and it seems I must hold bar codes closer so they get blurry) and am not able to scan any DVDs.

Re: Seeking template feedback
Amazing work. You've done what I most desire to add to dfProHTML: sorting and searching. But I, too, love density, and look forward to even more info packed in there.

Re: PocketPedia 2 is in the App Store!
Well, my lists of books now read "Not synched" for about half the entries. I know this has to do with the Amazon issue and is not necessarily your fault - but like this it is quite useless for me. Or am I doing something wrong? This is happening to me, too, and I doubt it's related to the...

IMDb link in DVDPedia HTML export
Hi Guys, Thought about adding a link to a film's imdb page in the HTML export feature, and found there wasn't a tag to do so. The "imdb" tag gives the imdb number, which is a start, and the "url" tag generates a very long Amazon link, but it would be great to have a little link p...

Re: Ability to use a "true" title for alpha sort
Oops. I must have turned it on so long ago, I don't even remember doing it... Funny, 'cause it was a feature I requested before it was implemented. :/ http://www.bruji.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1562

In the Edit window, it's called "Sort Title," the third field from the top.

Re: ISBN in DVDPedia
UPC is for DVDs (among many other goods in North America), ISBN is for books, and the ASIN is used exclusively by amazon. http://www.aw-wrdsmth.com/FAQ/isbn_upc.html
While I don't own it, I'm sure you'd find the ISBN in BookPedia, but it bears no relevance in DVDPedia.
Hope that made sense.

Re: Is there any way to get the correct audio info for Blu-rays?
I hear ya. There are a couple threads here asking about importing info from blu-ray.com, but they don't offer an API to to that, alas. While I do like more detail than most, I am fine with a list of languages on the release, and under Sound I usually just put the best format in there and the number ...

Re: Tags
The tags are so extensive that we did not include them originally for this reason and we envisioned the tags field for personal tags and not this type of usage. However a user went and took our open source plug-ins and made this change and we added to the latest release as others mind find it usefu...

Re: Is there any way to get the correct audio info for Blu-rays?
The technical info is grabbed from amazon, which is a bit lacking, so I just type it in to my satisfaction. It's saved in autofill, so you only need to type each one once.

Re: TV series from IMDB
If you look a little harder at the thread I posted, you''ll notice the feature allowing nested box set handling will also allow TV series episode listings. In fact, the example used in that thread is the series Family Guy, where each box set is broken down by nested disks and then individual episodes.
